...h zero knowledge of running a company have started a new start up in skin care . 2 boys born with silver spoon who doesn’t know the ABC of running a business hire experienced people by luring them for a good salary hike and make them work for 2-3 months to take advantage of their experience and personal repot in the market without paying their salary and expenses and by the time you realised what’s happening and raise your voice against them they will fire you immediately without any notice and intimation. Also they don’t give you any appointment letter they only give you offer letter by saying that you will get it after joining but they never give any appointment letter to anyone to play their dirty games later. As they think if they will not provide you any appointment letter so you can’t prove that you work with this company. And trust me it’s not only me but there were more than 50 people across the country who faced the same situation from junior to high level in my small tenure of only 2 months. They don’t spare anyone. People literally beg like beggars for their salary and expenses but they never get it. Beware of this company specifically skin care division. This company is a total fraud there is a receptionist who act as an HR. They don’t even have a HR in the company. Forget about the HR policy. Many people have filed complaints against them in labour court.
