My relationship with looks salon is very different. When I think about myself, going on a journey with looks gave me respect and freedom and I believe that everyone is capable but one needs support, if you are capable then you get your chance to fulfil your dreams. Looks salon has become a special part of my life, like my second home because of my clients ❤️💫💓 Thanks to Sanjay dutta Sir, it is because of him that I learnt to deal with things, especially the dirty staff politics🙏.

There is nothing about the salon, but now I feel that it is very important to learn to deal with the politics of the employees to create their condition good and bad.

Organization infrastructure is very modern you meet very good clients every day and you meet some very educated High class clients.

Most staff are uneducated and SOP"s are not same top to bottom (top level management to bottom level management). SOP" are different for branches.

Its a brand first And they have format to work . But the thing is is dependent on person to person how fast you catch things and apply on your daily routine overall you will enjoy your work in looks salon

Looks unisex salon jalandhar is the place to be who so ever will get a opportunity to work with Jalandhar branch he/she will be a luckiest person. The owner never ever made there employees feel he is the boss. He always kept the entire team as a family. And provided them everything whatever is needed. It was not less than blessing for me working with such a great greattttt boss and the team looks! Due to i migrate to some other country I left looks and already missing the bond I share with each one of the employee out there blessing and good luck for years and years to come looks Jalandhar.
