Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

I was the very first employe of the company in Rajasthan.. We were only 6 people in Rajasthan branch working in company.. Only my colleagues were good any my R.M was very supportive but in the end he also left the company.. Work life was not that good.. Nothing is good about this company.. no one is satisfied working with this company

No management.. No job security.. Every day they warn us to cut our salary if we don't make business Every day.. Salary not on time.. Fake promises about appraisal.. Work environment was not good because the senior member of the company live in other states.. No health insurance nothing When I left the company they cut my one month salary and they didn't gave any certification or rileving letter.

LoMoSo is a great organization that facilitates tremendous learning environment and growth opportunities. Specially Director Gaurav Sir and Kanika Ma'am is very empathetic and helpful. Unfortunately due to my personal issues I was not able to work there for longer time.
