Everything else is below average, bad, poor, or terrible. No employee benefits, underpay, HRs can't empathize with employees, management is full of lies, the company is not professional but expects employees to be professionals. Politics at some branches, no proper structure, and it's becoming more of a corporate company than a design studio. For god's sake, there are no coffee machines!

Worst work culture! Do not consider to join in this organisation. Administrative part is worst! Office politics is crazy! If you want to lose your mental peace, then please join this company.

Culture and judgemental attitude towards the employee. No appraisal and does not give you job security. Doesn't care about employee, they only care about business. Poor experience with how office is functioning.
