The work culture is very inadequate. The CEO of the company in spite of designing well policies related to project is engazed in useless activities. The senior management is not at all supportive only they gives suggestions. They do not believe in hierarchy. As per hierarchy, DGM should ask AGM or his/her reportee for the project update but he will not ask to his reportee because his reportee are not at all aware about the project update. So he will directly come to the team members of AGM. Senior management is always busy in playing dirty politics. Fake project delivery, fake commitments are there. One of the major and important thing is 0% job security. There is no job security there, whenever management will feel they will pick out any of your weak point and forcefully ask employee for resignation.Love affairs are also there which is of course a personal life of someone but if it is effecting office culture and work place then obviously it is not at all a good place to work.

Lok Bharti is a very bad bad and worst company I have ever worked with there is no value of employee at all they are name as NGO but I don't think they know the value of NGO and how the NGO will work and what is basic ethics of an NGO and one of the worst worst CEO ever seen in my all work experience and seriously he is not at all deserve the designation of CEO. He is playing politics and that is the only thing he is doing and his moto and that is why every month employees are putting down their papers. They are liars in terms of executing and pitching the project to the big corporates and they do not having their own team for executing the projects. All the projects they are executing from third party vendors they don't even know what is CSR and how to initiate the project at ground. Please do not spoil your career to join this NGO.

Worst company ever worked with, poor management, dirty politics even CEO is playing politics with the employees. You can understand if a company CEO is busy with play the politics rathar than support the business function and company growth. There are only four people in management who are taking decision on air and every friday there is a hactic review with their employees and because of this employees are opting out from the company. And the most fraud thing which they are doing is they are taking project from the big corporates with huge lying commitments that they are going to implement the project at the ground level and once the project onboard then they sublet the project to other vendor and after that management thinking that employee can make sure the project quality and handle the client well. They are just doing froud with the esteemed clients. Work timing ethics are only for below managers and the above ones are taking rest at their home they can visit office when the party will organize. Unethical behavioral company don't join otherwise you may fall in a trap to waste your career objectives. Finally caste and communism is always there.

The company culture is totally centralise ,there is no decentralisation in terms of decision making,No contribution of CEO in terms of business development and revenue generation,Also there is huge favor of caste and communism

A great co to work for. They follow very fair trade practices because of which they end up losing quite alot of business but the management doesn't bother so much. Overall a great co to work for in evey every regard.
