Here working Culture is good. Before lockdown work environment was very good. But due to crisis in real sector break the all resources. That affects the total scenario here too.

Dislikes

As far as perks & perquisites, no proper policy there are maintaining. No gratuity etc is being paid to the employee.

I interviewed in Logix health is based on 2 years bond.while the corona virus came my job is terminate. But its not a problem for me. I understood the company feelings and it's a company policy
