Good and friendly colleagues. Occasional parties and stuff. Negotiable salary. It is really good and flexible company for kick-starting career.

Dislikes

No proper management for anything, no project management, lacks some required necessary employees. No skill improvement or learning. Everything is self learning. Training phase is not training phase at all. You'll have to self learn everything. Not much understanding for employees and their growth. Office is located in basement so that's one point too. Colleagues can be too personal sometimes.
