He has no lustful behavior towards female staff like other bosses used to have so any female staff working there should be free from that side. it is very important because noways most of the offices are affected from this problem. he treats girls at par with boys.

Dislikes

I have hundreds things to dislike about "L.M. Grover & Co", i'll enlist here some of them: (1) Mr. Grover has 0% professionalism. He will take every issue as personal and not in professional manner, like if you would do some mistake (as per him) he will not speak to you for two-three days like husband wife used to have sometime. (2) His office is at 12 meter distance from office, he will have dinner at 8:00 and will seat in office till late night and would keep you engaged there even you would have come to office at sharp 6 in the morning. (3) he would always ask you to take dates instead of doing the matter on merit and he himself most of the time does the same. (4) He is very poor so far as the professional knowledge and understanding is concerned and if he will spot you are knowing better than him he would replace you with some person who would be less to him. (5) he would Copy his earlier Boss 100% (unfortunately the earlier one is his boss in all such things) baki bad me
