Degrading work culture. Job insecurities because of unstable organization status in terms of clients. Pathetic upper manager behaviour. No management skills only butter polish their owner. Office politics and favouritism. HR Director is pathetic, takes no responsibility, don't even bother to answer calls of employees.

The team at development and mid management are good.

Company is nothing but a bunch of sycofants You got to be management favorite to grow, your skills hardly matters Every now and then, the goal post changes. You have no idea what is expected out of you. Pathetic HR

Dislikes

It's sad to see how they treat their employees specially the people from upper management. They don't care about employees at all and laying them off without any notice after the work is done. Some people are pure bootlickers and always take the credit of other hardworking people. HR director is a total dumb and a big time sycophant. I request everyone to not fall into any trap specially the freshers. They will ruin your career and you will end up regretting. Note: Please don't believe in any 5 ⭐ rating. All are either fake or given by upper level people.

Work culture is degrading. Seniors treat you like garbage specially who are friends with upper management. Employee is hired not on the basis of their skill but on their relationship with upper management. Some employees take others credit as well.
