They don't provide a justified salary even to a employee who is working since 3- 4 years , no satisfied appraisal , they don't have the policy of work from home , they have maintained a system employee can't even ask for going to home 2 or 3 hrs before , employee is asked to either use their short leave or half day will be considered, except monthly salary , no other benefits

Director is energetic with progressive attitude. Very gentle and kind hearted person. Workers are God for him. Workers friendly environment and policy. Follow each and every norms for the benefits of workers.
