High Expectations: The fast-paced and innovative environment lead to high expectations, which sometimes become a source of stress. However, it's important to acknowledge that these high expectations can also be a catalyst for personal and professional growth. Absence of HR: I totally understand, and it's common to not having dedicated HR in startups or small organizations. But not having HR sometimes makes it challenging for us to convey our thoughts and ideas fully and express ourselves. Having HR would be a significant plus point.
