To be honest nothing, Please do not join if you want peace of mind and a good work culture. - You need to be ready to stretch over weekends and also on an everyday basis - There is no guarantee that you will get the bonus component mentioned on your payslip - There won't be any hikes or appraisals - You will have to deliver under tight deadlines or else take the blame from the so-called leadership members including CEO - There won't be any appreciation for the work you do, even if you do great all you will get to hear is that it is part of your job, nothing exceptional and may not need any recognition for the work that you do

- No Bonuses were given - No hikes/appraisals were given for 2 straight years - You can get laid off abruptly even if you do well just because they don't want to give it to you - Horrible Work-Life Balance if you don't deliver on time, you are responsible for the entire blame - Managers are horrible and torturous they don't know stuff

The worse culture ever!! All the higher-management starting from CEO to CTO are all psychopaths!! You'll regret joining this company every single day. No respect for engineers whatsoever, in fact engineers are treated like labours and get picked up by every single cross-functional team. Extreme micro-management by CTO and CEO. They won't let you sit idle for even a single second. They will make you work every single weekend and late night and if you don't show up, they'll make you their next target. People cannot stay here for even a year. Every employee has left within a year of joining. Please do not join if you want some peace in your life no matter what offer they make.

It is a work-from-home job. The company has a work-life balance. Great opportunity to learn and develop your skills. Opportunities to communicate across every different team in the organization. There is no politics and seniors do not make you feel low. You are given equal opportunity and healthy discussion is carried out irrespective of your designation.
