Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adreess our issues . salary is decent but career growth slow

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hrs and have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in the night.

Some times because of budget issues payment comes late and need a technology for a long time then we can have command on that technology but there are lack of this one..

The question is not valid, because it presumes there is an inherent, consistent difference between the work environments of small and large companies. The reality is that your work experience is far more impacted by the type of product(s) and team culture than by company size alone.
