The work hours were flexible in the start. Later in a meeting they talked about reducing the flexibility.

Dislikes

- The success metric and expectations were not clear. - Team-mates were not helpful in giving out the business knowledge. Onboarding and knowledge transfer meetings were minimal. I learnt most of the business on my own, but still making sense of the data and connecting the dots was harder than necessary due to unhelpful team-mates. - The culture was toxic. Maybe there were internal clashes going on before I arrived. I got a sense that the managers had gotten personal issues and business issues mixed up. Not a great idea. - My manager was young 23 old, immature and unhelpful. He answered my Yes/No Questions with circumvented answers. He seemed afraid to say that he does not know. He probably was there not being of his talent/skills or hard work, but other means. - The other manager in Australia was the one who interviewed me, But he kind of left me to be managed by this young, immature guy. Both seemed to be threatened by my presence I think, and started to use bullying tactics to make me feel bad about my work.
