Building is good apart from please don’t join this company. And also please check Google reviews . I am not the only one who is saying negative. I joined because I had some needs but I regret to join and lost my 2 months salary as well. Even I was severe hospitalised during my notice Period and ILLITERATE HR RUCHIKA abscond my duties from the company. Not even released my reliving letter.

Dislikes

They are running company by 80’s pattern. No documentation work, zero security. On my 4th day of joining HR Threats me to fired from the company if I will not follow the pattern which includes to go on the manager’s table and then take approvals on paper but I want to take approvals via mails. Very toxic environment, managers wanted to be the boss of the company.

One of the worst company, if you will search in Google for top 10 horrible companies. Libsys will come in 5th position. Being an x-employee I can definitely agree on this that this company is shit place to work in. You can only grow if you are ready to be slave for your manager because this company only know politics, they don't believe on work their main focus is to do politics and never let any new comer to flourish. You can analyse that this company is 35+ years but still not much people know about it and it is not even an MNC yet all because of shit Mangers and HR's who are working there who don't believe in employee growth or company growth but always involve themselves in dirty politics. I'll never ever advice this company to any of my friend or family or any person. This is company is a hell for any new joiner.

No HR policy No job security No space to grow or evolve No training for new comers No support for direct Manager Place full of politics No employee benefits No respect of an employee. Manager Deepak Sharma - A living Devil which will make your life a hell if you are a new joiner and working under him. HR- Ruchika - just for name she is a HR apart from that she does nothing for employees only play politics and believe in slavery and expects the same from everyone.

Working at Libsys is like following strict rules. There is hardly any work.

Dislikes

There is limited growth opportunities. You can not use mobile phone in office hours despite having no work. There is no work- life balance. You can not go out of the office for more than 15 min. There is no cafeteria. No appreciation of hard work despite dedicated extra hours outside of office.

A professional company with great value to employee and management is excellent who cares for individuality of each employee from lower level to top cader . Great opportunity to serve this company...

I worked there for 3 years. No growth, worst management. Left 2 years before, still requesting for my experience letter even after serving full notice period.
