During my time at the company, I had the opportunity to work on various projects and collaborate with a talented team. However, there were several challenges that impacted my experience. Salary delays and management’s handling of critical issues like salary, cab services, and employee concerns were areas of concern. There was noticeable partiality between Naga and local employees, which affected the work environment. The unrealistic project deadlines and limited leave policy (only 12 leaves per year) made work-life balance difficult. The increment policy lacked transparency, and HR's approach to responsibilities, such as updating leaves and ensuring timely payments, needed improvement. Additionally, the limited number of projects and the rigid approach to working methods restricted opportunities for innovation and growth. Cab timing issues, unpaid overtime, and a lack of recognition for Indian festivals further contributed to a less favorable work experience.
