Great company, brand. Diversified and technologically highly advanced product line in the rest of the world except India though. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic management , old fashioned. Highly influenced by local leadership despite being a global co. Biassed leadership, weak strategy especially in Asia. Numbers used for own benefits. Management doesn't walk the talk.

None. I never felt any disadvantages working in LexisNexis. And my decision to move was a personal one due to my willingness to explore further

Its an pro employee company.Employee are given due credit and benefits. You can easily shift your job role in case you face difficulty as manager are always considerate towards their team member.Best organisation for junior and mid level employees
