Every month delay in salaries. Outdated technology and infrastructure. Using resources for all domains. (example : if android developer doesn't have any work then he should ready to do even testing and, Data entry work also) Managers doesn't have minimum technical knowledge. No ethic policies and no HR policies No Mid year appraisals, No Compensations.
