In terms of professional growth, there is nothing one can look forward to. The only good aspect can be the understanding nature of the colleagues.

Dislikes

1. No professional growth 2. Below average compensation 3. Arbitrary appraisal process, no consultation with the reporting partner. 4. No recognition and acknowledgment of work. 5. Exploitation in terms of working hours. Work from home has been difficult where no boundaries existed and one had to work/attend calls early morning and late nights on regular basis. 6. No fairness in distribution of work. Only some people are burdened with work.

The only positive is the bonding with fellow employees who share the same frustrations.

Dislikes

1. Fake Positive Reviews Mislead Job Seekers – Do not trust the good ratings. Many of them come from management favorites and sycophants who praise the company just to stay in good books. Hardworking employees are overburdened, while these privileged few exploit the system. 2. No Work-Life Balance – Employees are expected to be available beyond official hours, including weekends, with no appreciation. Taking leaves is a struggle, and even when approved, there is pressure to remain available. 3. Toxic Favoritism & Office Politics – Performance doesn’t matter here—only being in the owner’s good books does. Hardworking employees are treated like laborers, while those who do nothing but praise management enjoy all the benefits. 4. Management creates a suffocating work environment. 5. HR is Biased & Useless – HR exists only to protect the management, not employees. Any complaint or request for improvement is either ignored or results in retaliation.

Nothing, it is clearly worst law firm in India.

Dislikes

Senior most people run away form arguing in court or public speaking Don't understand the nuances of ip businesses and provide lowest quotes to clients, lessor than freelancers, now firm is in huge financial losses and staff is suffering due to indefinite salary delays, mgt is happy to blame ip office for their financial blunders or put a fine their own people for mistakes that happen due to poor central email system and vague processes You need to have a certain kind of shamelessness to be fine with getting insulted daily if you want to work with them, else you won't survive here for long without that shamelessness.

-Managing Partner of the firm likes to micromange everything. -No free hand to work -you cant use your brain as they have templates for everything. -they are not open to new way of writing nor ideas. -they promote only patna people. -Managing Partner of the firm is very partial towards Patna people. -She like to shout on HR, Admin and Marcom Team -Nobody takes the responsibility of their own work -Reporting Managers are also puppets of the managing partner -They have a concept of Mass Mailing for Business Development -No work life balance -24*7 work environment -Managing Partner of the firm comes at 6 PM everyday and then she would have a meeting and expect from the people to stay by late. -Very negative work environment -If somebody resign or she doesnt like she would torture that person or insult that person. -there are lot more.

my experience was marred by a lack of transparency and job security. During the initial hiring process, I was informed that there was a possibility of being hired full-time after completing the training period. However, this promise was not kept. In fact, I was not informed about the company's decision not to hire me until the very last day of my training. The lack of job security at LexOrbis is alarming. The company's failure to provide clear communication about my employment status left me feeling uncertain and insecure throughout my training period.
