Basically this office is fully of nepotism beneficiaries and hence people recruited from outside are unable to excel professionally. Right from CTO, COO to Associate level there are about 80% people in office who are either relatives, neighbors or childhood family friends.

Dislikes

Management does not believe in individuality and professionalism, they always thinks on personal front and family based matters. Never treats employees as per their talent and enthusiasm. Office is full of management boot lickers just to safeguard their jobs. There are no benefits like insurance, PF, Gratuity, even snacks or food facility. Only come to office work and go.
