They ll pay the salary on-time. Apart from this nothing as good..

Let me start with the company policies. It changes according to the employee and the situation. They talk something in verbal and that ll change when it comes in mail or paper. There are people called as managers they don't even have a basic knowledge about tech. No proper work timings.. have to work for weekends over time also. Without testing, they ll go for production later blame the team for not working. Not at all a best place to start your career because no seniors who can help to upskill the juniors. U can learn Google sheets and docs because these tools are used more than vscode or any code editors. No work ethics. They ll tell that they ll increase the salary but never do and not even a small appreciation for the work we do. Instead we have to take the blames . Fake promises. Micromanagement. They won't trust their employees. If u take wfh u have to on team logger. personal life is more considerate than the work. Even work place is not good. Most of the time water won't be there or power won't be there. A bit of toxicity is there. I never recommend anyone to join this IT .
