The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible. This doesn't feel like software office, they treat you like daily wage labour. Please don't join and get trapped here. You will definitely regret joining. I hope all our pain would someday come back to the company and this company would vanish.

Constant manpower suffeling Cleaning done by staff When customer is not on the store, staff can't sit & don't use mobile Duty xtra hours Incentive policy is not good thats why 90% staff get 500 to 1k incentive

Management problem Big mistake I have join lenskart My role was Sales excutive but they have not disclose that in your payslip or offer letter,, you will get trouble to get new job for this Thay will not do any help if you face any kind of other problem like I have a problem with my bank account that haven't changed my salary acc ,, I have to leave my job for this small resion Also thay will suffer you for getting your fnf sattlement, thay not give you last month salary,,

Nothing is good about this company. Only one thing i will appreciate that company provided me job at difficult times of covid wherein other company were kicking employees out of the organization.

...cessary meetings at home. So dont expect good work culture from this company. Pay and Benefits:- So poor level and third class. Opmetrist get more salary than store manager just imagine and this freak company will encourage you as a leader all the time but in reality as a store manager you are that person who have to face all sought of workload pressure and you have to justify to the higher management no question asked to sales an optometrist so just imagine the condition in what position you are.And dont ask for incentives there incentive structure is too bad. you will get more demotivated. Job Security:- This is very crucial part where everybody wants to know again its too bad if you cant perform they dont give proper training or suggestion to improve yourself and after few months they will tell and force you from internal management to resign yourself. If you dont resign they will harass you transfer you to different location and they will put you in a non performing store and they will continue doing that until and unless you give up yourself. Management: So worst i have never seen no knowledge no respect of your position only internal politics work if you know how to butter your boss then you can expect some growth and improve in your career otherwise no respect in organization. would suggest to try out for a better organization dont fall for this job you will regret oneday for sure.
