just the salary is nice and rest work culture and integrity is terrible.

Worst part is the higher management. They do support the old employees even knowing the fact that they are doing wrong with the new employees. Specially, The phillipenes crowd just hate the Indians as we're smarter than them. Jessie Aguila, she's a part of Service Transition team and there are few more Phillipenes and they all are so bad that they just don't miss to take revenge from the team if you highlight their mistakes and the management will support them instead of listening the facts about anything.
