Company policy is very bad there is no working environment, there is no job sequrity, withing 6 month they fired 25 employees without any notice pr reason .senior management is saving there jobs only.there is no training centre also , market is very negative for Legrand

Every month salary and expenses will come on time. Saturday and Sunday both day holidays.

Dislikes

Saturday and Sunday both days are holiday but due to work load we have to work on holiday. One way communication from management.
