Only the Managing Director’s side chicks gets a hybrid work mode—two days in the office and the rest remote. Everyone else must work six days a week from the office, with no leave. - Poisonous working culture , - De motivational environment and practices , - No employee morale boosting exists , - Senior TLs are filling their own pocket and thrashing the juniors for their own mistakes.
