1. I like working at Lee because it has good disciplinary with Friendly culture between Manager to Officer designation level 2. I'm thankful to Lee Pharma since it gave me an opportunity to prove myself 3. Anyone can work pleasantly here whoever has good technical skills and teamwork nature

Dislikes

1. Some sort of rules are really uneasy like not a Mobile phone on lunch break even for a 5-10 minutes since sometimes it could be emergency or important for them 2. Job security (Termination should be occurred based on professional portions not on personal things)

I didn't like the treatment of my senior mr.raghupati odela who is forcing me to leave the job eventually i did that and end my career because of the people like them.

Poor work culture, Highly politics,lot of work pressure, in the view of higher management one (or) two persons are main persons others are use less persons, One man show (he plays vital role in any situation) ,no use for others GM's & AGM's ,HR policies are not good , no cleaness in cafeteria,
