My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Everything. Not a good place to work. Join only if you do not wish to grow in life - financially as well as professionally. They do not give you any growth. Plus work culture is also very toxic(super politics). Management doesn't know how to run a brand plus they will also doesn't let you work your way.

Dislikes

non co operative culture, admin and HR problems, there is no increments, no growth, no learning, politics is everywhere and overall its a pathetic place to work

The company is a high fashion house. The colleagues are from various cultural background and people here are amazing to work with as most or them are youngsters. It lacks in employee engagement but overall its a nice place to work.
