You get to work on things that a 2+ years of experienced person will work on with a fresher's salary though. If working on higher level of thing is your niche this might be for you. Only join this company if no other option left, start searching better job after a year or so. Working here more than a year is not something that will be good for your career.

...ployer can not be a nice person for a second. Didn't like working there at all. - They do not do much for 6 months then they make you do over time work and forget about salary hikes, that do not happen here much. They might increase a bit but not something that will matter. - Office is in a rural area. It's like you are working middle of slum. Better check in google street view and then think about joining. - Forget about leaves, those are on papers the directors can reject any leave anytime even after it is approved and forget about leaves longer than 2-3 days. Also, for first 6 months you cannot go in leaves. Monday and Saturday are no leave days if you do take leave, they will cut salary of Sunday, which is the sandwich rule they follow, extremely barbaric and dictatorial. - They make a lot of claims about giving benefits, but they do not give! - All of these reflects on their product quality. They think they can get away with this, but did they?

Everyone is supportive. Whenever a task is not going as per schedule, our main head personally looks into the problem and tries to get it solved. Companies work culture is pretty good and company gives ample opportunities for its employees to grow.
