The only good thing is that you receive salary on time

The management is worst. The founder doesn't know how to handle the employees. There are some kids who have been given top management position who controls senior and experienced employees out there. There is no recognition for the talent there.

Internal open politics. No work life balance.only work. No management system. There is nothing called management here. Anyone can get pip anytime. Just put butter your manager's head and you can become a manager. Some Managers are like virus. Dont join here if you dont want to spoil your career

Hiring and firing is the normal culture. Today they hire you tomorrow they will fire. In my 1 year of experience it was very normal. Employees had been fired within months and weeks they were hired. Suddenly they will hire a team and next month they will fire. Impulsive and unstable decisions.

1. they need to separate students on particular course (means all people are in same batch sometime for fresher they don't no which topic they need to concentrate )give trainings based on that 2.need motivation and guidance by them (continuous updates needed)
