The management is worst. The founder doesn't know how to handle the employees. There are some kids who have been given top management position who controls senior and experienced employees out there. There is no recognition for the talent there.

I hate the managers the most. They are under skilled and have zero Knowledge about the work. I come office see them sitting and doing nothing for the whole day. Marketing team doesn't know how to market their products and make huge loss. Web team makes useless pictures. Content manager is another worst lady with no work ethics. She knows coming to office and firing everyone who ever hurts her ego. Such a undrepaid company. Fire the managers you will rise high old man. Iykyk.

Hiring and firing is the normal culture. Today they hire you tomorrow they will fire. In my 1 year of experience it was very normal. Employees had been fired within months and weeks they were hired. Suddenly they will hire a team and next month they will fire. Impulsive and unstable decisions.

1. they need to separate students on particular course (means all people are in same batch sometime for fresher they don't no which topic they need to concentrate )give trainings based on that 2.need motivation and guidance by them (continuous updates needed)
