...ey deduct money from that too. I will suggest everyone to not join this company. Even after your resignation, they'll make you cry for your salary and the experience letter. If you raise your voice against them they threaten you with their legal team.

Nothing, there is nothing for like.

Dislikes

They don't value their employees. no work-life balance, micromanagement, salary deduction, stress full environment. Never join this company they make you cry once you resign they hold salaries. Even if you raise your voice against them they threaten you with their legal team.

Dislikes

Worst company with, pathetic work culture, salary deduction, no work-life balance, and full-on politics. once you resign they make you cry for FNF and if you raise your voice they threaten you with their legal team.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
