...nths but it took them 1 year and 3 months for my appraisal which was also shady. Because, I didn't receive the salary amount as per my new appraisal. (Also when I raised this concern to their accounts team they simply hushed up the matter saying "your increment was not 19 percent but 9." And I got to know about this after 2 months of receiving my appraisal letter. This workplace is too bad for new comers, even though I had worked for more than a year, thay didn't gave me any kind of appraisal which they promised they'll give after 6 months of joining. Out of the frustration I quit the job. And so did many other new comers.
