Forever changing management No appraisals Least job security (might fire you overnight, not a reliable company to work with at all) Indecisive Tech Leads/Senior Management leading to a lot of ambiguity and no proper work planning The worst part is, even if you have accrued leaves, you won't be able to take them during the end of the year (apparently, that time of the year since maximum employees are off, hence not all employees would be granted leaves) - absolutely garbage leave management policies Worst employee benefits
