Staff/colleagues were totally unprofessional. The worst store manager I ever had in my entire life!! He never bothered about the fights among the staff and it affected the work environment a lot. There was no one to control the faults and injustice happening around.

The company looks for customer happiness and loyalty and right product to right customer The main thing Training those who work for lawrence and mayo for 1year they are excellent in dispensing standards with good product knowledge

Team, training, growth,work environment is good.. Salary appraisal can be much better. Work life balance is avg. Management shud be much better for such an old and estemmed company. Need to shuffle and monitor the management side higher position people for better results.. Than just keeping for the company for so many years.

Salary and appraisal can be much better.. Need to change staffs in higher position also if they r not performing gud.. Shud have a much better monitor for higher grade management staff.. Instead of keeping them for so many years for nothing..

The management is good and supportive,its quite strict but thats fine ,You have a fixed timing and salary comes on time .The MD's(except for Suzanne) & Vivek Nandodkar sir are really good,

(Suzanne Poncha) Wether you work under her or you don't this lady will make your life miserable.She just knows to yell, scream,Curse and insult the staff in front of people. Everything depends on her mood BTW FYI its never been good coz she has got some personal issues which she comes and remove on the staff .If u want to work here just be ready to get insulted for no reason .If there was an option I would have rated this lady -0 because she is not worth for anything

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
