Please don't join this company this company is fraud company they will fire without notice and salary also not getting on time all are fake here please please don't join here simply all are giving 4 Star and 5 Star because inside the company hr will come and he only given 4 to 5 Star in every one's laptop this is roles inside but all fake here

There is nothing to like about working at Lavelle Networks. It is a very small company with small minded people.

There are multiple things to dislike about working at Lavelle Networks. It has a horrible work culture, mostly no appraisals, no job security, no work-life balance. The top management keeps changing decisions very frequently, and is terrible.

Although it is a start but people are very reluctant instead of flexible which I believe most necessary thing for a start up Company.There should be a good Team bonding with each other within team and out side of team ( other team ) , this is missing a big way.

Technology that they work on is quite advanced.

Frequent delays in payment. My manager once told me that at my age I need to work at least 14 hours a day to make it. I was an intern being paid around 20k to live in Bangalore and he wanted me to work 14 hrs a day. All interns were sacked irrespective of performance the moment lockdown started. Same happened to marketing team. Outings, etc were non existent. Reviews were like viva in college. The offices are full of rats and bugs.
