...company have asked us to give resign.which is tough for us to leave the company. They have transferred 1 month salary. Which is good thing.

I dislikes about the company is people want to get involved in your personal life . Which is not good thing. For owner they are best which I have never seen.

Nothing is good in management. The management of mr. Ankit is not a supporting man and he is also a badtameez person as well he doesn't know how to deal with employees he always started miss behaving with employees. He not stop there he hold the sallery as well.. He is not a good man for company's atmosphere, staff.

Only some heads that really is humble and listens and IT department is wooow

Some heads here is really very rude and also no matter how hardworking you are you never got praised and they never get satisfied

mujhe apne experience ke baar me kuch feedback dena hai, pehle to mujhe yaha kuch bhi naya sikhne ko nahi mila aur kaafi limited opportunies ti growth ke liye. Dusra working culture bhi bohot bekar hai, jo kaafi disorganized lagta hai aur employee engagement kaafi kam hai. iske alawa , HR se baat karte wakt professionalise kaafi missing hai, lagta ha ki communcation mein clarity aur respect nahi hai. Aur sabse important mere F&F Settlementab tak time pe nahi diya gaya, jo ki ek major issue hai. mujhe ummid hai ki aap is feedback ko seriously lengeaur necessary improvement karenge.

I just have nothing to tell, Senior Members just finding points and ways to complaint new joinee instead of coordinating and supporting, Back end and higher authorities never least bother to accept our zero ground report, when we have very less walikn and sales target being not achieved simply putting all the blame on the head of sales team,as if we were merketing team,
