Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). I like the management , production manager Mr pravakar reddy and all of my staff's of Lantech Pharmaceutical Ltd . I am Working in a peaceful environment , mutual understanding , production oriented , proper PPE , GMP classes , well communication with utility members

Actually I am not dislike the company , since it is a small size company and totally manually to do the work therefore I want improve my knowledge and skill in order to join in a better company i'e for getting an advance technology .....
