Everything is at it's worst under such Management. No pay, No increment, No Management, No accountability, No Motivation, No responsibility towards employees, Leader full of ego, arrogance and dictatorship, No credibility, No guarantee, No assurance, No future, No job security, No fund, No facility for employees, No compensation for employees suffering due to late pay, No survival skill in the market, No planning. Spending huge amount of money on irrelevant things and employees which or who can't give proper advise/direction to the management. Nothing is good

...t awareness or focus. Products are often launched before they are fully vetted. Poor financials result in frequent salary delays, even after trimming the workforce significantly.

I personally got to learn new things. As an Aeronautical graduate, I learnt about the flight data monitoring and how to analyse the data of each flight required for many private Airlines as part of their ICAO audit. Since it's a small company one can get to learn new things easily!

Dislikes

...culture. Too much pressure! The Manager's treat employees like some street dogs. The salary is very less compared to other organizations while the work is more.

Worst company. No management. No humanity. No raise in salary. Just work like donkey.

Well I wrote all this in likes. They force you to work late night. Benefit is you will get health issue and leave your entire life with that.

...t of view as I am a fresher, the fellow colleagues are encouraging and friendly. You will learn a lot here in comparison to any multinational firm, even they pay you more than mnc.
