Compensation is difference between NCG and lateral entry. The people coming from other industries are getting very less salary compared to fresher

Instead of taking action, they will ask how we know fresher salaries which they post in college presentations. *If you work you will be overloaded with even more projects, instead, if you speak and speak, you will be crowned/promoted.

It's only good for new College graduates, New campus, new lab setup, good place for new GET to get train up doing some trail and error and switch immediately to other companies
