I was worked in Haldia plant, the culture of this company is very poor and workers and stuff don't get proper increment in this company. Plant Head Abhijit Vijaykumar Paliya is not a good man, He is doing Hindu Muslim politics in plant.

There is room for implementation of HR policies as the company is not structured and is reforming. Work pressure is moderate. Skill development chances are moderately good.
