1. Salary not on time 2. No increment as confirmed at the time of appointment. 3. No appointment /Confirmation / Increment letter. 4. forget about the arriers if at all you get increment 5. Very strict on timings. you will get salary deductions on late marks. but no overtime even if you work on holidays. 6. Nothing is certain at this company. Rules are changed regularly as per Managements wish.

The benefit package is decent, but it could be more competitive in terms of benefit like eg. healthcare, retirement plans etc.

Salaries are not on time for some reason known to our CEO he will rarely sign payroll check on time. Please dont fall for the incentives trap they will take every drop of your blood but they wont pay you incentives on time. Mine didn't get for one year which is the major reason i bid adieu to Labdhi.

... is one of the main aspect of company.teamates are very supportive and friendly.no salary issues not even during this difficult time of corona lockdown.every year performance review and timely incentives and management make sure everyone's performance should get reviewed and rewarded.

Management is very bad, Always there are partial, salary never on time, Iam saying this because I have more then 5 college who worked with this company AGM never worked in this company more then 2 to 3 month if person leave the company incentive never realeses becuse if we argue against wrong thing and nature is very bad of company member

Working in Labdhi is the bad part of life And if they didn't release my salary and incentive iam going to take legal action becuse I contact everyone of that company but there all are mind game people what they did with they customer they ding with normal employee becuse of them one of my college in hospital also and one customer is in my contact never get refund.
