Working here is very challenging due to people not agree to pay toll easily, because they don't know about toll before, but learnt so much.

Dislikes

No recognition happening actually who works hard. This is biggest drawback for this Project.

Skill development and job security Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees and salery inceimint is very slow

I don't dislike any thing in L&TIDPL. I would like to serve again in L&TIDPL.

There is a multi national company and good management. 3 years after this company don't increase my salary then me put resigned

Every thing is Excellent in L&T IDPL. Salary on time. Good Leave provided.

Dislikes

No any chances for promotions. New employees are direct hire from outside, no promotion given to jr. employees. No travel Facilities.
