Very toxic culture. Management will throw you under the bus to protect their name. The senior authority often use abusive language in team meetings. No transparency. They keep changing job description as per their whims and fancies. The HR is extremely inefficient and is never direct or concise. No empathy.

I like to prefer with this company. it's a big opportunity for career growth. But I am a contractual employee of L K Saatchi Saatchi. If I got permanent job role. I feel very happy.
