Good for freshers bad for laterals, good for GET's, very bad for under graduates, poor salary and professional growth, inability of management to measure actual performance and contribution of employee., More meetings less work, missing corporate culture

Only one thing which I like in company that Wednesday knowledge sessions.

Dislikes

Work culture and behavior of Manegmet is very terrible. If you are joining as a top management or worker level you can survive here. Otherwise you can't. Many experienced staff of company are resigning because of company culture.

Only they want qualification....I passed post graduation...but still I work on the basis of TPC.....they are happy with my work..I am hardworking.....I will do any work well....Even so, I don't think it's permanent....so, here no value of work...only value of qualifications.

Company policies are good,During covid-19 every one is supporting like a team.and the main thing is their is huge space for everything like shopfloor,cafeteria,etc so,its easy to maintain social distancing to avoid Corona virus.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics, there is more freedom given to union people and working temperatures is very high in shop floor.

It was good experience & many more things you learn about your opportunities and company jobs .

There are lots of dislike things about working in this company .if you are contract person so the permanant employees are apply mently pressure and physically also most of pressure apply by the quality department and production also.
