Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Bishambhar. So if any one like to join here will be suggested not to play with there future

The only positive point was salary getting deposited in account timely though after irrelevant deductions at times.

Dislikes

Horrible place to work if you wish to progress. Top management takes away all the credit and all failures attributed to you unless you are a female. For females they always have a soft heart (Reasons will be inappropriate to to mention). They assign you tasks and if you are successful credit goes to them and if u fail it is your fault completely. Tip management is a set of people who will never let your work to be noticed by the owner as no one has access to her. Top management comprises of people unfit and uneducated for their jobs so it is easy to understand why they do what they do.

It's been more than 7 year they don't have any project. Nor they have any land. To many policies under garadute people freshers asking GM sales or civil about work. They have a dept called MDO that ruin the company internally. Hiring people like Sabzi mandi. Hr head don't know english when ever they suspend or terminate anyone they post shit recorded video in His Company group. If you're good in liking then can go but carefull they are no growth.
