KVTEK is a Power Electronics products manufacturing Company, since 1986. They have successfully developed and commercialised SMPS as a substitute for Linear Power Supply for Computers. Their major clients were ECIL Ltd, OMC Computers Ltd,Nelco Electronics Ltd, Sterling Computers Ltd, IDC Ltd, Prompt Computers Ltd, Zenith Computers Ltd, DCM Data Products Ltd,Kirloskar Electronics Ltd etc.Their latest products are UPS and Domestic Inverters. It is a well managed company with an excellent Labour welfare policy.Engineers joining the company will have no regrets.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
