Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). The management in Kupsa are supportive,They have terminatec most of the employee without any solid reasons so I dont feel Kupsa is safe and secure working company. The Manager name Mr Name Mr Kishore Repe and Mohreshwar Raut are very selfish . Oveall they have spoiled company environment. But the Products are good at all.

Dislikes

The current heirarchy as Top management in India are not loyal for the company. They are selfish for bottom employee as I was ,my job was terminated without any reasons by new commer in top management in India as Kishore Repe.and Mohreshwar Raut I dont like both Manager in Pune.

Really like My Director ( Mr Pankaj Singh) the way he handles things,( all aspects) the professional way & we have been Awarded "The International Achievers Award" Thailand for the fastest growing company. I don't think have to say anymore.
