lot of instability among teaching staff, work structure is rigid, little flexibility,difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Partial Management practices - decisions regarding promotions and recognition are selective and biased. despite putting in significant effort, here teachers feel undervalued, as growth opportunities are inconsistent. Disrespect among students is a concern as well

micromanagement, gatekeeping to put u in a bad light, useless power play, poor mental health of employees, expect u to work 24/7, horrible appraisal, changes policies without telling you, do not give you sick leaves, throw u under the bus in front of parents, zero manager accountability behavior. overall, the work culture is bad.

Likes

There is good work life balance. The timings are strictly adhered to. The Ked philosophy is great only if it is implemented well.

Dislikes

The teachers are not trained well enough. The KED values are not implemented well and there is no growth based on the one's calibre. It has a very redundant culture of first come first basis to grow.

It is such a toxic place that nobody really stays there. Teachers literally abscond all the time. The management thinks they can shout at teachers whenever they want , treat them badly. Even the helping staff have inhumane hours and no space to eat lunch. They eat in bathrooms. They have no morals, no ethics , no humanity , only gaslighting and pitting one against another.

Toxicity Management Useless managers Poor mannerism Favouritism Inhuman behavior The food quality is so bad Almost all the saturdays are working and 15th august as well (without comp off) They dont even follow 7th pay commission , they show it on paper illegally.

It is a regressive place where the leadership management is pathetic. If you can please the heads, you'll get opportunity otherwise you'll struggle. Work load is crazy and they treat teachers as servants. Extremely toxic culture.

Dislikes

Work life balance is worst, salaries are peanuts, leadership is unfair, immature and regressive. Judgemental environment. Teachers exit this place everyday because of their behaviour.
