Not Improving into trending technologies. No extra benefits if we are working on weekends. Work timings are not good for employee health There is a lot of politics

...ployees property. They only concentrate on experience people not on freshers. They put us in bench, they payed well salary but they didn't take that much of work from us.

HR team is really good which is appreciable Monthly salary never get delayed which I like most

As I have worked for this company day and night they laid off me so they don't even care about your career

Salary hikes are decided by non technical manager who always see other delivery managers as non value adding entity so low salary hikes for them. Work life balance sucks !

good for freshers in terms of salary & you'll have great learning curve as well.

Dislikes

everything is deducted from salary(like insurance, employer pf etc), almost of the people speak hindi so be ready for struggle if you can't speak hindi.
