Project based pvt ltd company. doing power infra procuring land and installing and commissioning Wind turbine machine for customers -Siemens Gamesa, Enel, Mythra, Vestas and SBE. At present project is very less, working culture, management and company policy are good

Dislikes

compensation and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. chief official do not value a individuals.

...ce. The management doesn't even know how to provide a job description to the CS. The Company is having severe cash shortage and salary disbursement happens during mid and end of months. Salary is one of the least priority of the management and even though funds are received by the company when salary is due, they divert the funds towards pending projects. The Company is not having a proper organization structure and the whole time CS is made to report to an external consultant who is reluctant to share any papers or information pertaining to the company due to fear of losing business. The Company doesn't even provide a basic induction training or even basic inputs and the employee's performance is assessed based on the inputs from the consultant. Once the statutory compliance is done, the candidate is made to resign based on the ground of poor performance and the worst thing, the management is unwilling to accept the resignation to hold the salary. Such companies should be black listed by professional institutes.

Very poor company I resigned before 5 months ,still not paying my last month salary.No morale in the company cheats all the people contractors,has lot of payment pending for his sub contractors.No proper management and culture.Peolle resigned before 2 years also didn't recieve the settlement.

No Job Security and they will terminate you anytime. There are policies but it will be modified according to the person and so no definite policy.

No definite date for salary . Promotion and increment depends on individual and not on your skills. F&F settlement is a ridiculous process. I have seen employees not getting paid for F&F even after an year.

... transparent. Work environment and culture excellent. Company policies are good. They are giving good salary hike and bonus every year.

...here is a lot of politics and senior authority doesn't address employees issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
